Orders for personalised or custom-made items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll help if production hasn’t

started yet.

  1. Return Shipping

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping costs
  • If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return postage

Items must be returned in their original condition.

 2. Handmade Variations

As all items are handmade:

  • Slight variations in colour, placement, or finish may occur
  • These are not considered faults
  • Each item is unique and crafted individually

If you upload photos or personal information for customisation, you confirm that:

  • You have permission to use the images
  • You own the rights or have consent from the owner

Personalised and custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty. This includes items with:

  • Production begins only after you approve the design
  • Once approved, changes cannot be made
