When you select a personalised item, you’ll see a box or dropdown where you can enter your

We create your item exactly as the details are entered. Please check:
- Spelling
- Capital letters
- Dates
- Colour selections
- Photo quality
We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

- Avoid screenshots or blurry photos

Approving a Design Proof (If Offered)
For certain custom items, we may send a digital mock-up before production.
- You’ll receive the proof via email
- Review it carefully
- Confirm approval or request changes
Once approved, no further changes can be made.

Processing Time
All personalised items are handmade to order. Typical processing times:
