personalised or custom-made, our returns policy reflects the nature of handmade goods.

We accept returns only in the following situations:
- The item arrives faulty or damaged
- The item received is incorrect (not what you ordered)
- There is a manufacturing defect

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect:

- Include clear photos of the issue• We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation
We may request the item to be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations
Orders for personalised or custom-made items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll help if production hasn’t
started yet.

Return Shipping
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping costs
- If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return postage
Items must be returned in their original condition.

We create your item exactly as the information is submitted. We are not responsible for:
- Spelling mistakes
- Incorrect dates
- Wrong colour choices
- Low-quality images provided by the customer
Please double-check all details before completing your order.
 2. Handmade Variations
As all items are handmade:
- Slight variations in colour, placement, or finish may occur
- These are not considered faults
- Each item is unique and crafted individually

If you upload photos or personal information for customisation, you confirm that:
- You have permission to use the images
- You own the rights or have consent from the owner
- The content does not infringe on copyright or privacy rights

No Returns on Personalised Items
Personalised and custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty. This includes items with:
- Names
- Dates
- Initials
- Custom colours
- Custom designs

If we provide a digital mock-up:
- Production begins only after you approve the design
- Once approved, changes cannot be made
